DiMuto • 2024-2025

From a 19-column data table to a card-based dashboard

Project summary

DiMuto is an agri-trade management platform used by exporters, importers, and trading companies (including DiMuto itself) to manage the full lifecycle of a trade. The Trade Contract is the central entity in the platform, but its listing page (the entry point for every workflow) had stopped working for the teams who relied on it most.

Problem

The previous listing page was a flat data table with 19 columns. When DiMuto's Sales and Implementation teams met with the CEO to review the status of all ongoing trades, the bulk of every meeting was spent identifying which contracts were on track, which had issues, and what those issues were — leaving little time to discuss countermeasures, or causing meetings to overrun.

As contract volumes grew, Category and Account Managers were also maintaining parallel spreadsheets on monday.com to track what the platform wasn't surfacing.

Solution

I redesigned the Trade Contract listing page from the ground up as a card-based, fully responsive interface. Each card now surfaces the key contract details and its current trade health status at a glance; Category and Account Managers no longer have to open every contract.

The listing page also includes status tab navigation and a structured filter drawer, with full support across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Impact

Post-launch Customer Effort Score survey across 6 real DiMuto users: 4.5/5 for findability, 4.7/5 for status clarity. Observed reduction in status review time during CEO meetings: from over 10 minutes to under 5.

My role

I independently ran discovery calls and usability tests with Sales and Implementation Team members, co-defined scope with my Product Manager, and owned design across desktop, mobile, and tablet.

I also collaborated with engineering on the role-aware filter logic for parent company and Admin views.
